SCAM
I booked 2 tickets to the entrance of Thien Duong Cave + and a tram ticket (ticket price is 353,364 VND/ticket), the service date is August 2, 2025. At 1:20 p.m. on August 2, 2025, I went to the ticket counter of Thien Duong Cave to exchange the ticket, but the staff at the ticket exchange counter, after checking the QR code, informed me that Traveloka did not have a link to sell tickets with Thien Duong Cave, so the ticket could not be exchanged. I called Traveloka for support, and also asked the Traveloka staff to talk directly to the ticket seller at Thien Duong Cave. The staff at the ticket counter did their best to support us in contacting our superiors to confirm whether the ticket I bought from Traveloka could be used. However, after a while of waiting, Thien Duong Cave replied that Traveloka had not yet linked to sell tickets, so the tickets we bought could not be used. After that, Traveloka staff called us and asked us to wait for a resolution. I suggested that it should be resolved soon because we had other plans to go that afternoon. We waited for Traveloka's result, but at 2:20 p.m., we decided to buy new tickets at the ticket counter (VND 265,000/ticket) to go sightseeing without using Traveloka's tickets because we didn't have time to wait forever.
I didn't want Traveloka's irresponsible way of working to affect our trip, so I waited until the end of the trip to reflect and give feedback to other customers to know and consider when choosing Traveloka's service. I am extremely disappointed with Traveloka's problem solving and customer care service.
