The sanitation or toilets are smelly and dirty. The waiting time for some rides is very long, more than 120 minutes

During my visit on July 11th, Wanaha Taxi got stuck in the middle of the ride. It then evacuated midway. It shocked my child. It was a very bad experience.

It's so much fun. There aren't many rides, but you can play on all of them, so it's a fun way to spend time with friends. It's located inside a mall, so you can still walk around after playing.

The kids loved playing in the snow and watching the awesome shows. Hopefully, tickets will be more affordable so we can bring the whole family.

I bought a VIV ticket but it's a shame that my 5 year old child can't enjoy many of the rides because of his lack of height and the lack of play rides for children under 5 years old. I was disappointed when it was my 5 year old child's turn to pay, he had to pay in full, but when it was his turn to play, there were many games that he couldn't play. It would be better to increase the number of games for children under 5 years old like those at TSM Makasar.

The staff at the location are friendly, the games are really fun, I don't regret coming here, it's just that I came too late yesterday so I only went on 3 rides, but it was sooooo much fun

I was hoping that I could get in straight away if I had an e-ticket, but it turned out that I still had to queue to exchange it for a physical ticket.

exchanging tickets still have to go to the counter...so you join the queue with those who are buying tickets..my suggestion is it's better to buy VIP tickets, it's expensive but the queue for the rides isn't as long as regular tickets..I bought VIP and could play all the rides with the opening time at 13.00 (it should be 11.00) closing at 18.00. for formula/gocart it closes at 17.00. For those who have never been here, there is no map of the rides..so it's better to just take a photo of the map on the wall when entering the entrance. this ride isn't big. Just info mineral water bottles cost 20 to 25 thousand/bottle, there is only 1 men's toilet (dirty & muddy) the others are all used as women's toilets. thx

Ticket redemption was bad, only one counter opened. The redemption for aplication tickets should be different from OTS tickets.

A fun and educational place to play, a clean and comfortable prayer room.

Don't buy tickets that open at 1 pm because they are dud tickets because they are held together with company gatherings... So, the queue is endless... The management should have known that there was a family gathering of 3 companies, they should have just closed it to the public, so that general visitors wouldn't feel dud, especially on weekends...

Too long waiting in line when exchanging tickets. Yesterday waiting in line to exchange app vouchers could take 30 minutes. If you want to be quick, Advice, don't come during a red date holiday. The queue for rides can take 30 minutes to 1 hour. The rides only last 3 minutes. Running out of time inside to wait, arriving at 12 noon can leave at 5 pm. The rides close at 5 pm. The food inside is expensive. Yesterday it cost 300 thousand just to buy snacks and drinks. You are only allowed to bring a tumbler inside. Even though I have been in 3 times, I am still very disappointed because children keep coming in. Very disappointed. 1. Long queue to enter the rides to exchange and exchange tickets 2. Expensive food 3. Smelly and far away toilets 4. Few games

It's very fun and exciting, because there are lots of games and you can follow a neat and orderly queue.

Favorite rides in Formula Kart, very safe, not too long queues. Other rides are also fun, there are extreme rides and ones for kids.

The staff is very nice and friendly and the games are fun.

Because I arrived at 2 o'clock, I could only ride 3 rides. I was quite satisfied, especially when I rode the go-kart, it was fun. Boomerang was scary haha. Alien taxi was also scary but fun.

The rides are of good quality, safety is maintained, only the toilet smells a bit sharp and doesn't smell good.

The ticket exchange process is very easy, the staff is very helpful, the rides are quite challenging but still safe, there is a place to store your belongings so you don't have to worry if you bring a lot of stuff.
