Buying Trans Studio tickets on Traveloka was quite easy. However, when checking in at Trans Studio, the queues were incredibly long, both for those who purchased offline and those who already had tickets. Everyone queued for an average of 1.5 hours from the 10:00 AM opening time, only entering around 11:20 AM. The rides closed at 5:00 PM. Favorite rides like Racing Car only had four cars operating, many of which were damaged and lying around the track. The queues were incredibly long, lasting 1.5 to 2 hours for just one ride. Ultimately, people were wasting their time just waiting in line. There was inadequate information regarding show times and showtimes, so many people missed out.

ALL WAS GREAT! WE HAD SO MUCH FUN. But, there should be a different counter for redeeming tickets from the app and those who buy directly. Yesterday, just to redeem, I had to wait a long time because I was queuing with people who had just ordered there, plus I brought a group of people and they were still asking about the type of ticket. So the experience of buying tickets from the app didn't feel like there was any benefit.

It was great and fun, I got a discount and it wasn't a holiday so it was pretty quiet. There weren't many people talking about it, but it was okay.

1. The website states that the park opens at 10:00 AM. We checked out of the hotel at 10:00 AM and were ready to play at Trans Studio Bandung, only to be informed that Trans Studio opens at 12:00 PM due to a group booking! It's a shame that such an important announcement wasn't posted on Trans Studio Bandung's social media accounts! 2. When the park opens at 12:00 PM, ticketing is chaotic, as purchased tickets must be redeemed at the ticket counter first. It's very inefficient! 3. The queue for rides can be upwards of 45 minutes, and there are no fans (the Bolang) in the queue area, which creates claustrophobia.
