Fun rides are under-maintained. Some rides require bags to be stored in lockers, which cost RM22 (very expensive for a locker). Security isn't trained in hospitality, as this is a theme park. Conclusion: kids won't want to come back.

The rides were fun, especially Independence Day—it’s a galaxy-themed 4D ride (must try)! Tbh the place is not too big, I think you could finish all the rides in one day and it’s more suitable for children. But it’s still exciting for grown-ups too, although there’s not much option for scary rides. They force you to rent a locker if you want to try certain rides, and I think it’s too capitalistic.

The queues were very long. Approximately, the waiting time was 1 hour for each ride. Rain started around 2-3 PM, and the rides were stalled for 1 hour. But again, we had to start our queue. Overall, it was disappointing and quite mismanaged.

Worth it! Will come again next time!

Redeeming tickets is super easy; just scan them, so the entire ticketing process is incredibly smooth. Queuing at Genting is also incredibly smooth, especially if you download the app. I think there aren't many rides, though.

Rides had a maximum of only 20-30 minutes of waiting for popular rides. The rest had 5-10 minutes on a non-peak weekday. Roller coaster rides are the most fun. Family-friendly theme park.

It is super nice, from outside you might think it is the normal ride, but after getting in, wow, so out of expectations!

This amusement park has a unique atmosphere unlike any other. You can ride the rides amidst the fog and enjoy the cool, comfortable weather. Weekdays aren't crowded, and you can ride all the rides except those closed for maintenance. You can book ride slots through the app, which is very convenient.

Great theme park, but only a few rides for toddlers <95cm. Nevertheless, we had a great time.

Low waiting time and overall great experience with 3-year-old toddler. Wish I could go on more rides, but didn't meet the height requirement.

The only place in Malaysia that makes you want to come back again.
