2nd time we are here!! We had an amazing time at Genting SkyWorlds! The park is clean, well-organized, and full of incredible attractions that kept us entertained all day.

It's cheaper to buy on the app, no hassle, just scan the barcode, it's really easy to use.

The rides are very exciting because the weather is cool so it's not stuffy, the cleanliness is also maintained and the games are fun.

Good place to visit, but some of the rides can be unavailable because of the fog.

Ticket exchange is fast, no need to print, just scan it from your phone.

attractions are super enjoyable, with cool and good weather make my family enjoyed every activities, we tried almost 95% activities as we are feel super happy, entry experience were smooth but the main entrance was close due for construction, we had to enter at the LG sky avenue @jom makan. the restaurant inside the skyworld should be improve as it can't handle huge amount of costumers. anyway 10am - 6pm is a great time to enjoy at skyworld. we will come again as my son said skyworld is better dan universal studios Singapore..he loves Independence day riding as his most favourite attraction.

Even better than Disneyland HK and US Singapore.

You must book before you can ride if you don't book 1 ride you can wait 3 hours

Staff very helpful, the options for the rides are also plentiful and fun, tickets are easy to redeem, just show the staff the barcode.

Overall, the experience at Genting SkyWorlds was enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the rides were impressive—well-designed and exciting. It’s definitely a must-visit theme park for thrill-seekers. However, I had an unpleasant experience at the Independence Day: Defiance attraction. While the ride itself was great, the queue was quite long and the main issue happened right before the ride began, during the safety check. One of the female staff members was extremely rude when I asked for clarification about her instruction to lift my sling bag. Instead of calmly explaining, she repeatedly raised her voice and shouted at me, which was completely uncalled for and made the moment unnecessarily stressful. I came on June 30, 2025, around 1pm. I believe all guests deserve to be treated with respect, especially in a family-friendly theme park like this. A little kindness and clear communication from staff can go a long way in ensuring everyone has a good time.

The first time I entered, I was a bit clumsy and didn't understand how to use the fast line. After this, I can repeat it again. The best price is this pass, which will be used in the application. Cheap.

Before buying a ticket, you should pay close attention to your child's height because I made a mistake in buying a child's ticket because my height had already entered the adult ticket and it turned out I was told to buy another ticket. They said you could upgrade and just pay the difference but it turned out the price was the same as a new ticket🥲

If it's high season, I suggest buying the fast track or VIP so you can play to your heart's content. If you usually have a long queue, luckily it's cold so you're not too tired.

Exchanging tickets is really very easy, but for the type of game there are still many more game rides in Indonesia and the waiting time for the game is very long but the game time is very short.

Ticket redemption was seamless, and queues for rides were fast.
