Fun ride and the weather, but avoid to come on holiday season as it’s very crowded and the waiting time for 1 ride is about 1 hour +

Ticket exchange is very easy and fast

Was unable to get a refund due to booking an incorrect ticket. As a tourist I was unaware of the 2 ticket types (Malaysian and International) As Inrealised the error last minute myself and my partner were unable to get into the theme park

Great place to enjoy vacation.

Amazing.. The kids are happy to come here, they can play until the afternoon and then continue to the mall.

Admission was easy, food and merchandise was ok, the rides still in good conditions, decoration was great aside from night at the museum section.

overall was great, food also not overprice but i came at 10, there are some rides that id not ready yet, they have to test it out and wait like 30min

E-ticket from Traveloka can be used directly at the Skytropis gate, very easy access! It was just right to go there, it wasn't crowded yet, so you could try almost all the rides👏🏻

Interesting experience! You can play outdoor rides that are really cool in quality. The atmosphere is cool, we don't even need to bother with the heat because the location is in a foggy highland. The queue when we arrived was 5-15 minutes per ride, and there is a queue booking system via the application without extra fee that can arrange our queue to be more orderly and fast line. There is a photo package that we think is okay, pay 55RM, there is face recognition for 1 family, every time we ride games and there is a photo kang, it goes directly into the app automatically, so we just enjoy the ride without having to bother taking pictures or taking out our phones while riding, really cool. The visual games are really thumbs up, great! You have to try it. Unfortunately, it rained heavily for more than 1 hour that day, some rides had to be closed temporarily but when the rain stopped they were immediately reopened, but because of these conditions, we got a rainy day guarantee return free visit (1x free return ticket valid for the next 1 year), can't wait to come back again! (tip: prepare to bring a raincoat from outside! Raincoats in the inner area cost 15RM per piece for children and adults)

The park’s atmosphere is stunning, with vibrant, immersive theming across each zone. The staff were fantastic — helpful, cheerful, and clearly well-trained. They provided clear directions, ensured safety on the rides, and were always ready to snap a photo or assist with any questions. Even during peak hours, the team kept things moving efficiently. The standout moments were definitely the blockbuster rides like Independence Day: Defiance and Samba Glider. The immersive set designs, thrilling effects, and fun interactions made them unforgettable. While the tickets and food might seem pricey at first glance, the sheer scale of the experience, variety of attractions, and overall quality made it feel like great value for money — especially if you plan properly with the Virtual Reservation function!

It's so nice to be up here again. The weather is nice, no rain and it's cold. Most of the rides are open and very fun and interesting. Since the crowd is just nice, not so many people, we are able to ride almost all the rides. We love it here and wish to come again if possible. Thank you for the promotions from Genting and hope there will be a lot more promotions so we can come again and again.

Going on weekdays is okay, I went on Friday morning and there weren't many people, but when I came back I saw that there was a long queue just to take the cable car 😭🥴
