Very good, exciting, not boring, interesting.

I bought the tickets on the day of our visit, so there was no prior plan to come here. We were just looking for something fun for both adults and toddlers, and surprisingly, we really enjoyed the visit! Transportation from our stay in Central Jakarta to the aquarium was also smooth using public transportation. The ticket price on the app was quite fair and competitive compared to the on-site price, and we even got a discount through the app. Another surprising thing was the number of attractions inside the aquarium, though we needed to buy add-on tickets for activities like the boat ride and penguin feeding. The variety of sea creatures and other animals also surprised us. There is also a mermaid show and feeding times at several tank spots. We have visited almost all the aquariums around Jakarta, but so far, this is the only one where we couldn't enjoy all the tanks and attractions because we ran out of time. Oh, and there are also lockers outside the aquarium in case you are worried about carrying too much stuff while enjoying the facilities.

It's so much fun here, it's definitely a whole day.

Ticket redemption is so easy. They have a separate counter for applications ticket redemption. I’m going on a weekday so no waiting time in particular. The place is quite spacious; they added several background noises to help people immerse more into each section. Each animal has a sign and an interactive pad that shows the animals and other information. Quite helpful. One thing I notice is that at the very end of your walk inside the aquarium, you’ll pass the souvenir shops, where the exit is located. Many people turn around inside the shop because they don’t want to leave yet, and the shop is quite small so it’s pretty confusing there. Not sure if there’s a sign for that. I can’t imagine if there’re many people buying souvenirs and queuing for the exit in that small space at the same time.

Amazed by the collection of BXSea fishes! It’s my second time visiting and still breathtaking.

The place is nice and clean, not hot either, busy but not crowded, the staff are also friendly, it's good in short.

Good, but it's a little bit overpriced.

The main goal here was to entertain the kids and educate them about marine life. And indeed, the kids were thrilled, much more refreshed than other similar places. Love it!

The place is fun and kid-friendly. The background music throughout each room is also perfect! It's a blast!

Exciting, this is my second time to BXsea.

My grandchildren loved being taken to see the fish, especially in the large aquarium. When they were feeding, they all gathered around. The place was cool, so the kids were comfortable, and it was spacious enough to keep them from getting too tired from walking. It's also inside a mall, so there are plenty of places to eat afterward.

Friendly staff, okay rides.. kids happy.

For the first time, I came to BX Sea, such a good experience for healing alone. I came on a weekday, and the place was so quiet. I could enjoy it all by myself. Thanks for the helpful staff there. Will recommend this place to others.
