If you have bought tickets online, you can skip the queue to print tickets yourself when arrived. We missed this and queued up at the counter. Exchanging to tickets was fast and no issues. Plenty of games to play. However, it gets quite crowded during weekends. The 10 am slot is the best.

The place is clean, there's a variety of play equipment, young children can enjoy themselves, and older children will have a blast.

The ride itself was okay, but the system wasn't great. I pre-ordered tickets, understanding that I wouldn't have to queue, but I still had to get them at the ticket counter. There are automated ticket machines, but the staff informed me that tickets could only be purchased at the counter.

Great product, my daughter loves it very much. However, she developed a rash afterwards. It doesn't seem like a food allergy, it's probably hand, foot, and mouth disease. It's cleared up now.

The food court isn’t open yet, so you’ll need to bring your own water and food. You can also step outside and come back in if needed.

The guardian ticket price seemed to be the cheapest on the app. For the non-slip socks, any kind is fine, so please bring whatever you already have. Even adults who are not using the rides are required to wear non-slip socks.

It was fun, the kids loved it, but it got very crowded in the evening.
