Not many animals showed up, so it was just quite boring for the kids.

The zoo was pretty good. But my family had been to many safaris before, so the kids weren't particularly thrilled. The most interesting part was the seal show. The atmosphere was relaxed and cool. The tram service was excellent. The downside was that Indian and Chinese tourists often didn't queue and just cut in line, making it very tiring for the staff to manage. Food was okay, with McDonald's and KFC available. The animal buddies show was a bit boring.

Great zoo, it’s very entertaining for both of my kids, and the trams bus is very efficient. The zoo and River Wonders is great, but the night safari is not suitable for kids under 4 years old, I think.

Recommended to go with kids! We went there around 3 hours to explore. And the trams are helpful to save our time and energy.

The entrance fee for the Singapore Zoo doesn't match the variety of animals inside, making it seem expensive. It would be better if Bird Paradise, River Wonders, and Night Safari were combined with the Singapore Zoo into one, complete zoo. Since they all contain animals, why split the entrance gates? This is a huge disadvantage for visitors. It doesn't live up to its name, and the zoo is incomplete. There are very few animal species.

We had an amazing experience at the Singapore Zoo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a delayed voucher issuance from Traveloka, and after we explained the situation at the gate, the staff checked our app and email as proof of purchase and kindly allowed us to enter first. Once the e-voucher was finally issued, we sent it to them. It was such a practical solution and we truly appreciated their understanding. My son absolutely loved the visit. The zoo is very clean, the animals look well cared for, and the layout makes it easy to walk around. Access by public transportation was also very convenient. Overall, a wonderful family experience — highly recommended!

I panicked because the tickets didn't come out immediately as advertised. It turned out it took about an hour for them to be issued. So I had to wait while having lunch before they were issued. After that, I was able to use them smoothly without any issues.

Take the tram around first, then plan one by one which areas you want to see, it's so vast, you won't be able to walk around it all, especially if you're bringing children.
