I purchase 5 tickets for 5 of us, spent almost. $350 U.S dollars. I thought that our party will have a wonderful time and enjoy the show and dinner on the cruise ship. It was because our flight was delayed, we arrived to Bangkok late, and so much hassle for dealing with traffic and also we got lost to find the place. By the time, we got to the warehouse where the meeting point, the ship just left us. I called the office and explained what was happening to us. I also requested to reschedule the show so we could attend the show on the next day. unfortunately, I got a denied and even they did not give us any refund or partial refund. The company had no mercy or accommodate us since we laced to unexpected situation. I hope the higher manager could understand any situation could happen to customer. We wasted our money for nothing.
