The staffs were quite helpful and welcoming. The only difference between the glass cable car and the ordinary one is the glass floor. It was quite beautiful, but because we're mostly focused on the view around us through the windows, the glass floor isn't really that needed. Might be better to just order the ordinary cable car. But overall, it was a good experience.
