There were a lot of people but the wait was not long. There were staff to help throughout the queue. It was easy to find and there were signs.

The tickets are easy to use. You just need to scan them on the ticket gate directly. No hassle!

Tickets are cheap, but the lines are excruciating. We waited over 3 hours just to ride the cable car for 15 minutes. It's located at the top of the roof, so you have to ask a lot of questions to get on. Better to buy a premium ticket; the lines aren't as crazy as for the standard ticket.

We arrived in Awana Skycenter about mid-day on Monday. I thought, it won't be too crowded. However, it was very crowded.. We spent 1 hour queuing. It's not ideal, but it's still fun. Once we bought ticket from Traveloka, we can go directly to C Lane and scan the voucher to pass the entrance machine scanner. Overall, it's good experience. It's nice cable car, good view, helpful staffs to help and direct people.

🛕 Great Experience at Genting Highlands & Chin Swee Temple My trip to Genting Highlands was truly enjoyable! I decided to take a Grab car early in the morning because I wanted to arrive earlier — the price was quite high (around RM102), but it was worth it for the comfort and convenience. There are bus options too, but most of them depart around noon and the morning slots were already full. 🎟️ I booked my cable car tickets (Awana SkyWay) through Traveloka — super fast and practical! You can book round-trip tickets, and they can be used for some attractions along the way. The signs and directions at the station were also clear and easy to follow. 🌿 I really loved the peaceful and cool atmosphere, especially when riding the gondola with scenic mountain views. There are also many chocolate and souvenir shops at affordable prices, and the indoor areas were clean and well-maintained. 🚩 However, there’s one area for improvement: near the exit toward Chin Swee Temple, I noticed quite a bit of trash scattered around, even though trash bins were available. Maybe placing signs reminding visitors not to litter would help keep the area clean. 📸 Overall, it was one of my favorite experiences in Malaysia. Riding a gondola with a view of a beautiful pagoda felt like something out of a fairytale!

the staff at the location are indeed friendly, but it's incredibly crowded... if you want to go to the cable car, it can take up to 2 hours because it coincides with school holidays and weekends there.... so far so good.... it's an unforgettable experience...

It was really helpful to buy tickets at Traveloka, the queue was not long and the staff there also helped direct me. I want to come back here next time. The place is really nice, unfortunately it was a bit foggy yesterday. I suggest not to come in the afternoon because it will be more foggy.

no need to claim the ticket again, just scan the qr at the entrance gate. redeeming is very easy. recommended to buy online first, avoid queues. unfortunately there is no glass floor.

My friends and I purchased our cable car tickets through the app, and the process was really convenient. All we had to do was scan the QR code at the entrance. The staff were also very helpful. Despite how it might look, the ride wasn’t scary at all—it was actually quite a wonderful experience. We were lucky there wasn’t a long queue, so we could fully enjoy the beautiful scenery.
