Saya kesini dua kali, dan kali pertama sungguh membuat badan jadi enak dan redeem vouchernya sangat gampang, terapisnya masih muda dan sungguh sopan. Di kali kedua tiba-tiba saya diminta untuk mengganti jadwal menjadi sore, saya iyakan karena ngga mau ribut. Setibanya disana saya dikenakan extra charge 5ribu rupiah sebab katanya dapat terapis yg berpengalaman. Memang cuma 5 rb tp kondisi saya sudah kecewa karena tiba-tiba diganti jadwal lalu dengan sepihak pula dikenakan extra charge. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah terapis berpengalaman (3 tahun doang si katanya) ini ternyata malah pijatnya jauh tidak seenak yang pertama dan bikin badan saya malah jadi lebih sakit sekarang. Meskipun memang tetap sopan ya. Hilang persepsi bagus saya terhadap tempat ini.
