It's really satisfying, anyway, every time I go back to Semarang, I always come here, I've been a subscriber since the first time it opened, it's getting better and I really like the new room. I tried The Chronicles, it was delicious and got a free snack, my mom is Balinese boreh. The staff was friendly and what helped me was really good, because I was pregnant I was given an extra pillow and the bolsters were really cozy. Only minus 1 there is a power outage for about 3 to 5 minutes at the beginning, but it's okay, luckily it's not dry yet. The waxing is also good, the product smells good. And because I added it when I paid with a debit card, it seemed that it was charged, could it be that Ms. knew it was a credit card, because I swapped my credit card for debit when Ms. said later I would be charged with credit. Thank you Puspa spa and staff, will be back before the birth next month

the room is quite spacious, clean, very private... the therapist is friendly, always asking if the massage is too hard or not. very nice to spend time in this spa place

Book on Traveloka impromptu because suddenly there is a desire for a spa. Eh, you have to confirm the schedule at least 1 day in advance. Order Saturday, the spa plan on Sunday, the schedule is full but I'm happy because the receptionist tried to fulfill my request to get a spa on Saturday even though it was very tight and expedited. The massage was great and the room and facilities were great. It feels very calm to be in the puspa beauty lounge.

It was worth the price. Ambil Flower Whisperer Spa dan itu udh termasuk footbath, body steam, 1 jam massage, body srub, dan berendam air susu & rempah. Prokesnya pun ketat, tempatnya lucu, complete privacy, dan therapist-nya ok! Meskipun jamnya mundur 30 menit dr appointment sih, but it's not the big deal. Bakal balik lagi deh kalo ini.

been a while being Puspa Beauty lounge customer, I guess from the 1st time Puspa arrived at town, since 2010/2011**, so many progression anyway and become better and better. and once I came back to the town from I always spent my time here, also this is the 4th time i bring my mom here with me too and she does love it! the place very unique, staffs are friendly, respect your privacy. I'll definitely be back!

The staff is friendly, very helpful in the voucher redeem process. Even though it's an appointment via Traveloka, you still have to confirm via WhatsApp so it's not too crowded. There are so many choices for essential oils and they smell really good. The health protocol is very, very strictly guarded, when we enter we are immediately sprayed with disinfectant. The therapist is friendly, the massage is good. All the products I use smell good too! Definitely coming back again.
