The place was really big and the staff were very efficient and kind

Place was huge & clean. Staff were polite & professional. Only con is.. Is hard to reach them via email to confirm my reservation date & time.

Redemption of vouchers are efficient, email response to reservation of type of room was fast as well. Facility was clean and calming, staff (front desk and masseurs alike) were professional and good.

The spa is as big as the castle. Most liked the private room is very quiet and private. They have something to wear, so they don't feel embarrassed. Massage quite like and take 2 hours.

I like the privacy, private bathroom but without blinds. During the shower The masseuse then opened the door to go out. Causing all outside people to see It would be great if the masseuse would say more to customers Ours is not saying that the cream will be applied after a shower. Until we have finished wearing the clothes Tell later Therefore have to be removed again Also do not change the linen after scrubbing Scrub tablets followed. But blame the customer for not washing himself

The place was too crowded. It was filled up with customers, mostly tourists, and the staff were announcing names with a microphone. It was sort of a chaos, but a well-managed one. The first impression wasn't so good as I was hoping to enter a peaceful place. Anyway, the massage room was up on a higher floor and it was quiet and relaxing with dim light. The massager gave me a good massage. I had a good time so far.

The location is easy to find, not too far from the mrt sukhumvit, the place is cozy, we were bought the thai massage package and its quite nice really help release my tense body after long walk... Definitely going back here again when visiting bangkok.
