Everything was great. Can use the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and relaxation room as well.

Mediocre experience. Disappointed with how the receptionist did not even serve us tea before or after the massage treatment. When questioned, she only laughed. Underwhelming experience at Mandara Spa.

It wasn't the best, but not the worst. Expected a better experience at a hotel, but the surroundings was very noisy and the masseuse was quite distracted throughout the session. 2/5.

The facilities are good, you can use the sauna as well.

Beyond expectation. Nice and friendly staff, welcomed warmly... enjoyed it very much.

The place is really soothing and nice. Provide an actual tranquility and the masseuse were gentle too. Love the experience. I booked for a 1 hour 20 mins session but I think I only received the 1 hour session. Oh well, not sure why. Overall expression was great!

It was a great experience book via Traveloka! So cheap and worth it for the first timer. Will definitely go again if there's promotion on-going :D

Room was spacious. I remember when the masseuse started the massage by pressing on my back and i heard sounds from my bones - what a relief it felt! Other than that, I was just a simple and mediocre massage.

5/10 moderate experience ........
