first time buying haricut master voucher in traveloka, D-1 already WA and admin anata confirmed if possible anytime just come directly. when D-day arrived there she said the master was not available, then had to come back again on Saturday while Friday had expired. as a result downgraded the stylist level and no refund. senior is still good at cutting. but if the haircut master is few and often not there then there is no need to make a voucher right
