The receptionist was not friendly and the therapist's service was also lacking. I felt hot and complained, she just said oh it's hot huh? Don't even say sorry. There was no friendliness in the place. When the treatment was finished, there was no greeting or greeting. No wonder it was so quiet

Try the hydra facial the result is okay ☺ the place is in B1 near century pharmacy. next time I want to try here again!

Overall it's good, the price is very affordable to get 2 laser treatments and 1 oxy spray treatment. It's just that the process is fairly short and it's a bit rushed, especially when it's cleansing. Hopefully in the future it will be improved even more.

Awalnya ragu krn belom pernah treatment laser sama sekali... Aku ke pure laser di PP... Pertama, konsul sama dokternya dan dokternya cukup detail dan ramah... Treatment cuma sekitar 10 menit dan aku nambah pake masker utk hydrating. Udah deg-degan muka akan panas/clekit clekit atau gatel after treatment... Tapi ternyata alhamdulillah amaaann... Begitu ngaca woww seglowing ituhh, cerah bgt kulit muka dan bersihh... Lanjut balik ke kantor tanpa bedak tetep pede...

Pelayanan ramah, baik front office, dokter, dan staf walaupun pake voucher. Karena baru ptama kali, dokternya jelasin diawal bagaimana nanti treatmentnya dan selama treatment juga dijelaskan step by stepnya. Hasilnya lsg terlihat diwajah saya, pori2 mengecil dan wajah lebih cerah.

This was my first time for treatment care with laser. The result was satisfying and the service was good and they asked about my condition before the treatment. The doctors were friendly and gave some advice what the best treatment for my skin and also asking which daily product do I use for daily routine.

It's pretty good, the result of the treatment while not dramatic is visible after 5 sessions.

It's a nice ME time. Heard about it from a friend then tried it, happy now! Should have more ME time option for busy people like me... An activity that will only take less than 1hour (coz that's all we have)...
