Another amazing service. This was my second time getting wax at Justwax Pondok Indah Mall. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They know exactly what to do to ease the pain and awkwardness. Though the room itself was small but it's still accommodating our needs for privacy. Most definitely will come back for another service.

Justwax is specializing in painless waxing. They did not use caramel but their own signature wax. I did brazillian waxing treatment and to get your hair removed on that area is extremely painful because it is super sensitive. I wouldn’t say the treatment I had was pain-free, but it is certainly less painful than the usual caramel waxings. 10/10 would recommend! The therapist was super friendly as well.
