This is my third time here, so far it has never disappointed. First, from the moment I enter, I feel very relaxed. The place is fragrant, clean, good ambiance, really thought out design both exterior and interior, super duper zen. Second, all the staff are professional and well-trained. From the frontliners to the therapists, they are really great. Very friendly to all customers, which is very good for customers to feel comfortable and come back (I am that customer). Third, the facilities are complete with Wi-Fi, prayer room, toilet, shower room. Even lotion and mouthwash are provided. Oh, it's so comfortable, soft. The advantage compared to other places: there is a really delicious welcoming drink called wintermelon tea, then using warm oil again is really comfortable on the body. After the treatment, there is also a refreshment, you can choose ginger or water, and they also provide snacks like teng-teng. The only downside is sometimes there is a parking man who is not helpful (typical Malang). That's all, from what I tried myself, I said it was soft.

This is my third treatment here, and I've come back because the treatment is so pleasant and comfortable. It's more on the proper side, too. Everything is quite good, except for one thing: the prayer area for clients. Perhaps a proper prayer area could be provided to make the treatment even more comfortable.
