Cheap for 2 hours but I don't get the food

The place is okay, the song selection is also quite complete. When I call, I want to book the info if via Traveloka can't book, based on the Walk In situation only. First come first serve. Then the information contained in Traveloka's details is the same as the original, Small Room when calling to Diva, the info is only for 4 people, while in Traveloka it can be up to 6 people. Please improve the information in the future.

The service is ok just slow, for FNB vouchers to be exchanged but there is no receipt. Then many vouchers exchange rules from divas that do not match Traveloka (mbanya said)

The room is hot and the food quality is not good, but the staff are helpful and friendly.

Great time with friends and here we can sing any song from local, western to korean.

The sound is not good, the song search screen is hard to click and many songs don't update, the room is also dirty, the air conditioner doesn't taste and the food menus are expensive, just order orange juice that comes with the usual Jasjus

I usually karaoke in other diva branches, well yesterday night I tried that in the realm of silk I was very sorry to make karaoke there the room was dirty the sound was not good, the air conditioner was not updated, the songs were not updated, the song search screen was too hard to click just annoying really for searching for songs that are expensive, I ordered orange juice that came. Yes, maybe even if it's a diva, the price is reasonable, but for the service, it must be balanced, in other places, karaoke is a lot cheaper but it's not less comfortable.

Roomnya dapet yang lt.3, pengap dan panas banget. Gak tau kenapa itu room satu-satunya di lt.3 yang terisi. Lagu-lagunya banyak yang kosong, minumannya aneh rasanya padahal pesen lemon tea. Pas dateng kedua kalinya dapet di lt.2, lebih enak tapi tetep lagunya banyak yang kosong. Makanannya ternyata enak, terutama kwetiau gorengnya dan yang kedua kita cuma pesen air mineral aja. Belajar dari pengalaman pertama. Semoga tempatnya bisa segera direnov dan lagu-lagunya diupdate. Thanks.

Fasilitas yang sangat buruk mulai dari sofa yang sudah sobek-sobek dan punya bau yang tidak sedap, ditambah dengan kualitas mic yang suka mati dan saat diminta tukar tidak digubris oleh karyawannya, dan untuk layar daftar lagu susah sekali digunakan... Tidak nyaman banget pokoknya

Ruangannya bau rokok, touch layarnya agak susah, kasirnya jutexnya minta ampun gak ada senyum-senyumnya sama sekali, staff yg lain sih oke, harusnya di bagian depan itu di kasih-kasir yang ramah dan murah senyum saat menyambut tamu, beda banget sama diva di tempat lain

Bagus sih prosesnya cepat, cuma mau pilih room yang small disarankan yang large. Mic-nya sensitif banget sama sinyal HP, jadi mati melulu.

Jelek sekali karaoke di diva sini... Tempatnya kotor. Suara karaoke jelek banget bassnya... Pecah... Pokoknya ga ada bagusnya... Kecewa banget. Pokoknya jangan ke sana deh
