Waiters are not friendly and look unhappy with my arrival who paid with a Traveloka voucher

Vouchers cannot be redeemed on the grounds that Saturday is not valid, even though the voucher is not mentioned like that. The staff explained that the provisions in the application were different from those in vouchers, but were not polite. Conditions should not be as varied as they are misleading.

The AC is not cold, the sound of the mic is not good, and the speakers are broken, the lights are not good, the service is lacking.

But the minus is the F&B is very expensive

To be able to use vouchers, we are required to buy food of at least Rp 50,000. Food menu is pretty pricey, tasty but a little bit. Try to buy a seafood sampler for Rp. 45,000, it contains 2 pcs flour shrimp, 2 pcs squid, and 2 pcs brains on a small plate. Price does not include tax, and the tax is around 20%. I use the small room package which is 2 hours. But after two hours, the karaoke screen has been closed and can't be used anymore. The server is also rather dirty & not friendly to customers.

Very affordable price, clean place, satisfying service

The song lacks updated music, it doesn't connect, the standard service is complicated, Min order f & b 50 isn't worth it at that price. Plus it's just a nice room but the singing experience isn't fun
