One of the staff is very very friendly, forgot his name but he is still an intern, hopefully he will become a permanent employee, keep up the friendliness, even though the music is a bit less entertaining.

The ticket exchange process was very easy, but the waiting area was moved to another tier, so you had to walk back to the designated tier. The food was quite varied, but there was only one type of drink available: beer, which is not Muslim-friendly. The atmosphere on board was quite comfortable, but you couldn't get a full view of the city because the seats weren't on the upper deck.

This is our first time experience, the boat seems full but not too crowded. My suggestion is for the song options could be better and more up to date, so the ambiance can be more fun. When the boat began sailing, please expect a very hot temperature because it's close to sunset time. At least for the first 30-45 minutes max is really hot. Food options also could be better, so if you come with a family (such as toddler), please be prepared to bring your own food. I was struggling as my 4-year-old son is a picky eater and the waiter/s seem confused + doesn't understand basic English, which was not pleasant at all considering we went there to celebrate his birthday on that date. 🥹
