Booking is easy but when we arrived at the restaurant and show the voucher to the person at the front, she said they are not selling this on Traveloka anymore then ask us to wait to confirm with the supervisor/manager. We told him we already made a call a day before and he let us in. Thats quite unpleasant. Don't know who should be responsible for this. Nice food with various choice and both indoor and outdoor seating available.

arrived in reception caunter and then they said that hotel not particpate with other for joining breakfast, we stuck at counter and they snap all the receipt i pay thrue traveloka, after few minute then they release us..i have call hotel for booking but they said i can strait thru caunter..can you check whether this voucher is valid with the hotel promotion or not
