Great even though it was H + 1 but the results were on time, in the end it didn't cancel the plane, just rescheduled it. It's okay, my bad also comes at night, fortunately it's still open. WL

It's a first experience for my Mom to use the facility of Awal Bros Hospital Batam to do PCR test as a mandatory requirement of flight back to Palembang. It was the best experience ever! To redeem the voucher we were first sent back to Customer Service. After that, we were asked to fill in an online form with personal information, which we already provided twice when we made the appointment. We waited about an hour for registration and administration of others to be completed. The test itself took only about 2 min. After that, we had to wait again for about 5 - 10m, for the Traveloka voucher to be confirmed. Staf was friendly and helpful, but the admin process was tedious, compared to other testing facilities.

very easy, come scan the barcode, take the queue, immediately take the sample. the results are sent via email and the results are also fast, so there is no need to go back and forth. admin is friendly too...
