Staff really helpful. Highly recommended

In terms of ticketing for Traveloka, it's really ok. Easy. However, the siloam I gave a rating of 1. When they swab the PCR, they poked their nose very shallowly. I've had pcr swabs a few times before but never this shallow. It doesn't need to wait for the results to come out, I also know that the results will definitely be negative.

preferably on the website or in the e-form the instructions for filling out the e-form for those who buy via third parties, for example: when filling out the Siloam e-form, payment must select the guarantor option and for the uploaded document is a screenshot of traveloka's proof of payment. so no guessing and wasting time. the service itself is quite good, the results of the pcr are sent in less than 24 hours, sent via email (there is a hardcopy if you want to pick it up at the hospital lobby), and inputted into caring for protection, so I can fly on schedule, thanks siloam.
