this is my second visit for antigen swab. my previous first visit satisfied. but this time I waited for 1.5 hours but no calls were made, while the other patients were out. every time I ask, the answer of the staff on duty at the front is always "being registered". Out of curiosity I went into the registration section myself and it turned out that my form wasn't there either. meaning the staff aren't really looking/helping.
