Compared to Kidzania Surabaya, the staff in Surabaya more fully adhered to the SOP by greeting the children queuing for the next group and were friendly and exciting, making the children happy. Furthermore, queue management was better in Surabaya. In Jakarta, there were many school groups who slipped in and went unnoticed by the staff. The food was delicious, the facilities were good, and the toys were very varied, so it wasn't boring.

Maybe we went during school holidays. Even though we had already lined up to enter at 10 a.m., when we arrived, every activity was already packed, and we had to wait 17-20 minutes. As a result, my kids got frustrated, and we left without playing. Even when we wanted to leave, there was no one guarding the exit to remove our wristbands, so we had to wait again. Maybe it would have been better to go during a different school holiday.

Very exciting for kids! Lots of activities from being a firefighter (wait in line!!), technician, salon worker, dentist, nurse, athlete, wow so many! You can spend the whole day here! Adults are allowed to go in and out of Kidzania (for example, to get food or just have coffee outside), but kids are not allowed to go out, so they have to eat inside, this is a note for those who want to come here. Minimum 4 hours here if you want to be satisfied.

Time is wasted waiting in unreasonable queues. Children who were previously excited become bored and tired of waiting. Kidzania should take this into account. Don't just focus on maximizing profits and admitting as many visitors as possible without limits. Try implementing a quota system per day. It would certainly be more comfortable for visitors and more exclusive.

The staff were all friendly, and they were a little confused when asked what they could help with. There were a few people who couldn't find their products anymore, they were sold out, but overall, it was okay and very enjoyable.
