Cleanliness needs to be better maintained for all play facilities, don't make them dirty & dull, worrying about health problems with visitors due to lack of cleanliness of the facilities because those who use them are children. Don't let there be problems with cleanliness and more staff must be added because compared to Kidzooona in other malls, this one looks less good because the existing facilities are not maintained, all look dull. Please, Kidzooona Lippo Mall maintain & pay attention to the facilities well, both in terms of cleanliness and the quality of the play equipment.
