It's fun and the place is really great.

The place is clean, safe, and suitable for children to play while learning. The staff inside are also friendly and helpful. My child really enjoyed playing here because there are many choices of toys and a fairly large area. However, when I arrived at the location, I just found out that children under 1 year old are free, and companions only need to pay IDR 30,000. Unfortunately, I had already bought a ticket on Traveloka at a higher price, so it was a bit of a loss. Maybe information like this can be explained more on the booking page so as not to confuse visitors. And unfortunately there is no comfortable place for mothers to breastfeed babies. Overall, I am still satisfied because the child is happy but it would be more economical if I bought it directly on the spot (especially if you bring a baby).

happy playing here, the area is not too big. so an hour is enough. the toys are quite diverse, some are not found in Kidzooona other malls where my kids usually play. redeeming the voucher is also easy. the price is worth it. buying at traveloka is quite often get discounts. thank you so much! 🤍

This was the first Kidzoona I visited, I came back because I wanted to reminisce with my child. So far the place is still okay, well maintained and cleanliness is maintained.

Kidzoona @ Lotte in the Sunday, was very loveable because not really crowded.. and my big girl loves the swings very muchhh that pulled her to the highest🫣😌 and we love the lala-chan session after all 🌸

Quite good and comfortable to play

the play area is spacious and varied. there is a special spot for free babies under 1 year old. there is sand which is also suitable for sensory play. the staff always tidy up the games even though they will definitely be messy again because they are used by visitors who come. I came here when there was a kidzoona 50% promo on weekdays, I really like promos like this. the kids are happy and it doesn't make the parents' wallets empty. kidzoona and traveloka are great.

the area is quite spacious, but unfortunately, there are many leaking pipes dripping from above. my son likes playing with sand and miniature trains the most. for exchanging tickets is very easy, and the price is cheaper on the app than buying on the spot.

came to the playground on a weekday during the day, not many people were playing, so the kids were satisfied. coincidentally got a 1 day pass price = 50,000. cheaper than buying on the spot for 100,000
