My children and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. They're very happy and satisfied.

Everything is okay, only input for photo selection should be varied rather than having to buy all the photos or videos which are quite expensive.

The staff was friendly, and the guide was kind and humorous. Unfortunately, getting to the Ayung River requires navigating many steps and is very tiring. While the rafting experience was enjoyable, the thought of climbing back up was frustrating.

It's truly one of an experience that I really enjoyed during my trip in Bali!
