My Points

Okay, everything went smoothly, but the guide on the boat wasn't very responsive. My mom wanted to get on the boat after snorkeling, but instead of holding her hand from above, he just lay down on the boat, waiting for the other snorkeling guests. Maybe he's used to handling snorkeling guests so often, but I can't justify this all the time.

Next time, please be more empathetic.

baik, semua lancar, cuma guide yang dikapal tidak terlalu responsif membantu, waktu itu mama saya mau naik ke boat abis snorkeling tapi dia sebagai guide bukannya bantuin pegangin tangan mama saya dari atas malah santai2 aja rebahan di boat nungguin tamu2 yg lain snorkling. mungkin udah keseringan ngehandle tamu snorkling jadi terbiasa, cuma saya ga bisa justify ini terus-terusan.
