The guide at the counter was friendly and enthusiastic. The tour lasted a total of 70 minutes, passing by famous landmarks in Hanoi. It was incredibly beautiful and cool. I went at 6 PM, and the weather was quite pleasant.

I booked my tickets in advance through the app (135k VND/adult ticket). I carefully called the hotline to ask for necessary information before going to the ticket exchange location. The staff directed me to the 19/8 Flower Garden (near the Grand Theatre) to exchange my tickets 15 minutes before the bus departed. I chose the 6 PM trip, but arrived at 5:40 PM, and the ticket booth staff said I had to wait for the next trip (7 PM) because it was full and all buses were gone. While waiting, near the flower garden, I only saw one bun cha (grilled pork with vermicelli) restaurant. I went in to eat, but the food was terrible: bun cha 50k VND/serving, spring rolls 13k VND/piece, iced tea 10k VND/cup. The owner was enthusiastic, though. After eating bun cha, I went to Matinee Cafe right next to the bun cha restaurant; salted coffee 60k VND/cup, matcha latte 80k VND/cup. I waited until 6:30 PM to be sure I could get on the bus. We boarded the bus on the second floor. The staff didn't provide audio guides (the reason given was that they weren't available on the night tour; only daytime tours had them). The bus departed from the Opera House at 7:50 PM, traveled along various streets, and returned to the starting point (approximately 60 minutes). Overall, it's only worth trying once; nothing particularly special!

Turns out, there’s no tour the day I booked because of some parade. The information should have been available at booking so it didn’t mess with my schedule. We were offered a different time, but it would be great if the information was available before.

Buying through the app is even cheaper than buying directly at the counter and there's no waiting. 5 stars, I've been a loyal customer for 10 years.

In general, this tour is a must-try for anyone who hasn't been to Hanoi yet, as it covers all the attractions. However, everyone should be careful while riding in the vehicle because tree branches might brush against them.

It was quite fun, my child loved it and kept asking to go again.

Normally, when I see a car on the road, I think it's just a leisurely drive, taking in the view, but no, once I get in, I realize the car speeds along like Dean, I don't have time to admire it or take pictures, it feels a bit wasteful :))

It was a fun experience to take a bus ride around Hanoi in the evening; it was cool and relaxing. However, there was one corner where the trees hadn't been cleared, so even though my husband ducked to avoid them, he still got scratched twice on the face by the bougainvillea 😊

Everything is good and makes our visit to Hanoi convenient. But you need to choose carefully and pay attention to the details of the packages in the app, so you can fully use all the facilities.
