The tour guide was excellent. The buffet was delicious. The diving experience was extraordinary.

The tour wasn't very considerate. While it's supposed to be an experiential tour, they should have balanced customer needs. It felt like they only focused on customers interested in the activities, leaving those who didn't want to participate waiting on the boat, which was very frustrating. The tour description on the app clearly stated a visit to three islands, but they only got to go to one island for lunch and one in the afternoon. A clear itinerary is needed so customers can choose what suits their needs; this one was unclear, resulting in a terrible experience.

The 3-island tour is one thing but the tour company does something else??? 1. The itinerary for the 3 islands includes May Rut island but the actual tour takes you to 3 completely different islands, there is no beach, even though my purpose is to go to May Rut to swim and take pictures? 2. The tour clearly states to go by high-speed canoe but the tour company lets you go by slow-speed boat? Although this doesn't affect much, it still makes me wonder 3. The tour includes taking photos and videos with a fly cam, but when we arrived at the location to take the fly cam, it was like taking pictures for charity, then the staff also said that these people were taking pictures for free so remember to tip??? When did you get free photos? 4. The tour introduced the underwater walking and filming combo as 1.4 million but when we got there, it was only 1.6 million, so it's ok because you get to take photos (even though the staff initially said 1.4 million diving and filming included free photos), so please update the price for me There are many other small things but that's enough for a journey that couldn't be more boring 🤡

Service is relatively good

The tour guide is fun and enthusiastic, the food is delicious. I'm very satisfied. Clear tour itinerary, thoughtful care.

Need to remind guests to wear life jackets during the trip, everything is good on the canoe!!!

I have known John Tour for a long time but I find the service of this side is not good. Because I am a Vietnamese customer, when I come to the company's office, no one asks or cares. Completely different from foreign guests will be greeted and warmly welcomed. After waiting for 30 minutes, I have to ask myself who will lead my group and which car I will take. However, when moving through the car area to go, no one guided or called me. I have to see where to lead the group and go there. It wasn't until I was sitting in the car and preparing to leave that a tour guide called to see if we had arrived. If I have the opportunity to experience again, I will not choose this tour.

I think the price was not reasonable for the activities, food and drink we got. Each beaches was dirty, it completely was full of trash which impacted bad smell. The drink was included only one bottle of water for all day. I'm not recommended this.

Tour 4 islands but only 1 island, the remaining 2 islands are to go around outside to bathe and see coral reefs, but not on the island, at the end of the day it's very expensive to take to a raft to swim and walk in the sea. Share an island tour, everyone should note.

The tour guide is cute, enthusiastic, delicious food, on time. Very pleased. Each crime is not strong enough to play.
