It turned out that the tour to Bromo during the Peak Season (Eid holiday) was less enjoyable, because of the traffic jam so we couldn't see the sunrise on time.

picked up at 00:00 WIB arrived at the transit location by Jeep to Bromo at the Indomaret parking lot in front of PLN Tumpang and the information was that the driver fell asleep and waited until 02:15 am with a different driver, could not see the sunrise according to the package. no mineral water provided. the tour party only responded PD at 05:24 with the sentence "hello sis, you have been picked up by our team. btw still grateful to be able to see the beauty of Bromo.

Good experience , best view, friendly driver

The pickup was on time and the staff were friendly. The open trip itself was decent, but I believe we could have enjoyed better sunrise views and Mount Bromo panoramas from a different location than Penanjakan viewpoint. While waiting for the sunrise, we purchased tea (Rp10,000), corn on the cob (Rp15-20,000), and paid Rp5,000 for toilet use. It's also advisable to bring a mat to sit on the stairs while waiting for the sunrise. The jeep could have been better maintained, but the jeep driver was pleasant. For the price, I guess it could be cheaper or at least this price but include photographer.

Very disappointed with the driver intermediary named Mr. Suroto. Not recommended.

We were forced to sit smashed together in the bank of the jeep from 1am until 430am. There was a landslide blocking the path for a while. No option to go back down to shelter instead. Like prisoners. Rain and horrible wind/cold negated any chance to see anything at the top of Bromo. Could not get a single photo. Tour did not follow later itinerary or stop at ANY of the listed sites. Extremely poor experience.

This tour doesn't have a tour guide, there is a driver who takes you around, no one explains anything at all, when asked, they answer sadly, I wanted to ask for someone who was friendly but got someone who was quiet but kind and polite, not bad
