It was very enjoyable. The fast boat tour agent was also responsive, although we had to actively ask questions due to the crowds. The tour leader on Nusa Penida also had our information, making it easy to contact. Everything went smoothly, although we had to keep asking questions.

The boat departed late, resulting in a late arrival in Nusa Penida. As a result, the driver drove at a fast pace, making it uncomfortable. The tourist attractions were also visited too quickly due to the time constraints.

My trip to Nusa Penida was truly memorable and I have no regrets whatsoever. The views are incredibly beautiful, the sea crystal clear, the cliffs stunning, and the atmosphere still feels pristine. Although the road was quite challenging, the views were all worth it. The driver was absolutely top-notch and highly recommended 👍 The driver: Friendly and polite, arrived on time, patient and experienced, familiar with the quite challenging roads in Nusa Penida, eager to help with photos and provide tips on the best spots. The trip felt safe and comfortable. The driver was communicative, explained the attractions clearly, and didn't make the trip feel rushed. Perfect for first-timers to Nusa Penida.

1) Car was hot and smelly, car ride was extremely bumpy and my mother and sister felt nauseous 2) Driver kept pushing us to do paid photo opps despite our multiple refusals 3) We missed out Broken Beach and Angel's Billabong although we went to two different sites of Diamond Beach and then Kelingking Beach. 4) I tried telling the driver that I was ok to skip the second part of Diamond Beach so that we can make it to Broken Beach, but he insisted ok going to Diamond Beach Site 2 5) After Kelingking Beach, he said there was no time already but then he drove us to a paid photo spot and said "Nice photo" and I said "you said no time we cannot miss boat" and flatout refused. 6) Most importantly, the driver kept asking us to pay random fees to random people that was unclear what it was for (e.g., there was a fee that we had to pay when we alighted at Nusa Penida, met him but before we got to the car (we think it's for carpark fee, but shouldn't this be covered by the driver??) 7) The boat operator took a lot of time to gather people and the boat took time before starting from Sanur for Nusa Penida (so when we reached, we were 1 hour off schedule) I would recommend that ppl just visit one side of Nusa Penida if there are so many points of time delays. I also got sick from this trip from the hot sun - and the car also did not have solar film and had a weak engine so aircon had to be periodically turned off for a few seconds so that there is enough power for the car to go up slopes.

Practical, very helpful. It's tiring if you only stay for a day, but I highly recommend booking here.

It was a pleasant trip. It was very simple and practical to book here, and everyone was helpful and always friendly. I hope I can come here again next year.

an extraordinary experience, finally able to see Nusa Penida directly, the tour guide and driver were very friendly

We got an unpleasant driver, when we were taken to lunch, before we could say that we didn't really like the place to eat, the driver disappeared, when we called there was no response, finally we were forced to just eat at the restaurant, after finishing lunch we looked for the driver, and it turned out the driver was sleeping.., when we met the driver immediately asked where we were going? home? even though we had only been to one place, namely diamond beach, we were invited home without enthusiasm.., it's a shame that the trip that day was less memorable for the 6 of us.., even so, we are grateful to have arrived safely back to Sanur.., Thank God.

all okay for me instead of cafe there which charged unreasonable prices for food & drinks..2 packs of instant indomie noodles with a bit of vege & some slices of chicken plus 2 small cups of plain tea..total was 276k rupiah.. outrageous.. totally unreasonable..rip off. very disappointing

The one-day trip package I took was incredibly satisfying. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it and were amazed by the natural beauty here. I was offered several places to visit, but I was so captivated by these three that I didn't have time to explore the other attractions. Thank you; I feel incredibly helped by you.

Our honeymoon experience on the Nusa Penida tour was very memorable, from the on-time schedule, clean transportation, and professional guide.

the road makes you nauseous and there isn't enough time to go to all the destinations according to the itinerary because it runs out on the road but the guide is okay and friendly

Awesome, but I'm not satisfied with just one day. It's recommended to stay there for at least two days before exploring Nusa Penida. The car and other things are very safe and comfortable. The only thing that needs to be improved is the road, overall, for excellent service.

the staff wasn't really helpful but he's friendly and kind and listen to us so it was worth it
