The exchange rate was fine, however, Kidzania's staff were a bit slow, so the exchange process took a while. Children were limited to playing time around 4 PM because there were very few activities after 7 PM.

I bought a ticket, but the staff were quite confused, they called me to be transferred to another staff member, and it took more than 20 minutes before the procedure was completed and I could enter.
