The staff at the location are very friendly. But the tour agent is irresponsible. I was not given the number of the staff responsible for bringing the boat. When I chatted and called, they didn't answer at all, they only answered at 11 am. Even though I was already there at 6. This really disrupts the smoothness of the trip and is prone to being left behind. It is not recommended to book from here.
