The driver was okay. He went to pick us up in the hotel at the pre-arranged time at around 23.30 hour local time. We then went to a restaurant where people wait for their jeeps. Afterwards, we headed to Bromo and finished the trip at around 11.30 hour. For the price, it should include at least breakfast. It doesn’t have to be an extravagant breakfast though. Also, I paid for two people, and since my brother stayed in another hotel, I gave them his address and the travel company told me that I needed to pay extra. I mean, it’s not that my brother paid cheaper price for the Bromo trip. Moreover, the itinerary said that the trip included the rainbow waterfall but at the end of the day we didn’t visit any waterfalls. So disappointing.

The tour schedule was late, it should have been picked up at 00:00 from the hotel, but it was actually 02:00☹️, the sunrise should have been at Penanjakan 1, but it was actually on route 2 below, it was jammed because it was late🙁, the jeep I got was old because it was the last one to be late, even though when ordering on the application & chatting with the tour, they gave a note of the departure time, date & time, but it was still late, next time it can be fixed again, Bromo tourist attractions are amazing
