My driver was changed last minute. But they were all very professional about it. And i am very satisfied with the service. i will use it again.

Despite I was making the booking late at night for arrangements the next morning, the contact person immediately responded when I re-confirm the pick-up time. The driver arrived 5 minutes late from the requested time, but still acceptable since we did still have plenty of time before our flight. The car that picked us up was a 12-seater van, which was much bigger than what we expected (there are only 3 of us traveling). Lee, the driver, was fun and chatty making it a less boring ride to KLIA. He drove safely and did not speed.
