The ticket exchange location is easy to find. The facilities are quite good. Free mineral water and fruit are available. It's a great option for those who want to see the dragon fire without worrying about getting wet.

I was very impressed with the staff here; they were very helpful. It's a shame we didn't get to see the fire-breathing dragon, but otherwise everything was pretty good.

The train was on time, and the staff were very friendly. They even provided free fruit and water. When it started raining on my trip, the staff quickly moved me downstairs, but the view was still very relaxing. The ride took 45 minutes. If you want to experience it, you should definitely give it a try.

It was a nice experience, the staff are very professional. A day before, they sent us a map with the instructions to make sure the Grab car will take us to the correct location/point. Unlimited drinks are very useful/nice. We booked for Friday and chose the time at 20:15. The boat stopped in front of the Dragon Bridge at 9 PM. Overall, the service was pretty good. This was my second time going to Da Nang, and I booked this tour both times. The Cham dance was quite beautiful, even more so than in Hoi An. Also, this tour is a better option than standing under the Dragon Bridge to see the fire-breathing show, as it's less crowded and you won't get wet 😂 This tour is definitely worth taking.

We bought tickets for the My Xuan ferry, but upon arrival, we were grouped together with another boat that looked quite old. When we went to exchange tickets, people kept passing us around, and we had to queue without being given tickets. When our family was finally kicked out by the ticket inspector, we had to go back to the counter to demand our tickets. Overall, it was quite chaotic. The boat only traveled a short distance on the river before stopping to watch the Dragon Bridge fire show. There was nothing particularly special about it; it was just a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The boat service was good. We were able to see the Dragon Bridge spitting fire, just like with the ticket.

It was a pleasure to stroll along the Han River and admire the city, even though it was raining when I went, it was still okay.

It's okay but not very outstanding compared to the surrounding boats.

Although booking on the app is cheaper than buying at the counter. But the service is not the same as on the app. The guests have not yet left the cruise ship but the lights have been turned off. When asking for karaoke service, the staff said the mic is broken. Quite a bad experience.

I booked tickets for 4 people in advance, but when I brought myself in, there were no seats available. Priority was given to Korean and foreign guests, making my family's experience not enjoyable.
