Very, very worth the money. You could ride unlimited trips with Shinkansen as long as the train is included in the pass. You could go to many cities with relatively cheaper fare. Very convenient too, if you hopped on a wrong train, it wouldn’t cost you more.

Great experience overall. The delivery was very fast; it arrived in just 2 days. The exchange process was simple and hassle-free at the JR East Travel Service (I exchanged mine at Narita Airport Terminal 1). Just bring the voucher and show your passport, then choose your activation date. It can also be used for the Narita Express. Booking train tickets to Kanazawa, Kyoto, and other destinations was also very easy.

Unfortunately, not all JR trains can use this ticket.

The price is cheaper than buying through other apps. Tickets are delivered to your home and can be redeemed in Japan. I redeemed mine upon arrival at Osaka KIX. For those who want to explore the Hokuriku area, this pass is a great option. Get off at each station and enjoy a different adventure. I lost my ticket at Tsuruga Station, but it was found and returned to me in a very easy process, with full assistance from the JR staff at Kanazawa Station.

She quickly called the staff on the train, and we were told to wait while we walked around. An hour later, she returned to the station and was informed that my friend's pass had been found.
