completely scam, i cant call the PIC of it

Friendly and safety, I enjoy for my trip.

This was one of the worst experience ever. I booked a car to transport us from KUL to our hotel on Dec 20, was told that I would be sent an email asking for flight number, time of arrival and destination. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for the supposed email. It's says that the money is not refundable, so I paid for a service that was never performed and I can't get my money back.

The transportation provider was contacted and the response was slow, so I had to report it to Traveloka and the response was also slow, I only got a response on the day, the driver was good.
