Very easy redemption. Need to pay around 6.50 SGD for fuel surcharge at the ticket counter. All is good.

Easy to book online and just go to the counter to claim my boarding pass. It saved me all the trouble to queue and buy the ticket. Just buy online and yes, it is good to go.

First time riding Sindo Ferry, omg the service is great and very helpful 🤩 I'm really happy because the ferry is clean and very comfortable for traveling between countries 😌 The ticket purchasing process is easy and the check-in and boarding process is also really good 🥰🫰🏻

This was my first time booking a Batam-Singapore ferry through the app. It was incredibly easy to get a promo, too. I was thrilled to be able to travel to Spore on the Sindo Ferry. I'll book my tickets here again next time I go to Spore. Continued success, thank you very much.

The staff at the ticket exchange were very friendly and explained the steps to follow, as this was our first time taking a ferry to Singapore. It was a memorable experience. The weather was also beautiful and sunny. It was so comfortable that I even fell asleep during the journey, before I even realized I'd arrived at Harbourfront.
