Choosing to use SINDO Ferry compared to other ferries, honestly, the first is the cheapest price. Second, after experiencing it ourselves, the trip from Batam to Singapore and Singapore to Batam, in our family's opinion, this is very "Worth It!" Third, when compared to the price, all the comfort, punctuality, service, atmosphere on the ship, everything feels very cheap but comfortable and quality. Next, we will use SINDO Ferry again, so that our trip to Singapore and Malaysia, we can save more.

The ferry departed on time. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to note — passengers should leave their baggage on the ship, as it will be brought out by the staff after arrival. This wasn’t announced during the trip, so it might be helpful to know in advance.
