I bought this pass during a promotion that allowed me to enter USJ and enjoy other benefits for less than RM 200 per person for 5 days (but I stayed in Osaka for 3 days), which saved me a lot. The cons are I could not use a 1-day Kansai Rail Pass, as not all stations have the feature to redeem the physical ticket. Overall, this pass is highly recommended to use if the promotions are available.
