The exchange process is fast and can be used as a regional JR Pass.

We did save a lot thanks to this pass. Usually, we opt for cheap means of transportation such as night buses, but this offers so much opportunity for long rides, especially when I travel from Osaka to Hiroshima—finding a night bus would be a headache. With the pass, we were able to ride the Shinkansen thrice (one Green Car and one Hello Kitty) and claimed ¥6,000 worth of vouchers on meals and gifts. Really makes the miracle happen when your schedule fits right in.

Redemption was easy. Just make sure to go to the right JR counter because they have different JR counters. This one is the blue one. Better to buy a pass if you go around this Kansai-Hiroshima, really good deal! You also get Nozomi Shinkansen with this pass, which has lots of schedules.

The pass really covers a lot of transportation for day trips at Hiroshima and other cities covered. The Have Fun in Hiroshime combo makes it more worth it. I redeemed ¥4500 worth of voucher just for adding ~Rp50.000. Absolutely recommend the combo!

The app purchase process is smooth and easy. Vouchers are received immediately via email/app. Pass exchange in Japan is smooth via the machine, just provide your passport and QR code. This JR Pass really saves you money on your trip from Osaka to Hiroshima and Miyajima, and it also includes the ferry to Miyajima. Highly recommended!

kansai - Hiroshima is very worth it, if you want to explore from Osaka to Hiroshima. This pass also covers the ferry to Miyajima and the train to amanohashidate. This pass can also be used for Shinkanzen nozomi and Mizuho (for jr pas all japan there is an additional fee) For redemption is very easy, can be exchanged at kansai airport To get the maximum experience using this jr pass, it is recommended that the day before you get enough rest and visit different cities during the 5 days.

The usage of the JR Pass is fine as usual, but we do not use the area pass that comes along with the JR Pass for no reasons. The question that comes up in our mind is that why the fare written on the pass are much lower than the selling price in traveloka.
