I registered for the SIM card on December 6th. I traveled from Vietnam to Indonesia at 8 PM on December 5th. At the airport, I set up the SIM card in my phone so I would have internet access upon arrival. When I bought the SIM card, there was no mention that it would only be valid from 00:00 to 24:00 from the registration date. Upon arriving in Indonesia, I couldn't use it at all. When I tried to contact them, I was told the SIM had expired, even though I registered for it on December 6th. A terrible experience.

Every day until 10am the network is very bad

Most of the time in Indonesia, I can't get signal.

the email came late, I have to contact the service provider before they email me with the QR code and instruction. its fast and cheaper than my roaming.

there is no staff or booth at Jakarta. from one end to other end, I couldn't even seen the booth or staff.

Good service and flawless eSIM while using in Indonesia

It was good service while book flight ticket and easy. Any the price also good.

The speed is quite good, getting to the airport and turning on roaming gets 4 hours straight, past Nusa Penida, the coastal area has 4 hours and the forest roads sometimes don't.

Easy to use, convenient, very good, recommend. Using it for the first time but activating it is not difficult at all.

the connect is weak. can't connect almost time

The network is too slow and often loses signal. My friend bought a network sim at Bali airport and it runs well, is stable and much stronger. But I often can't access the network.

The e-sim did work

Everything is perfect. 4G runs smoothly. No lagging. I love it and I will recommend it to my friends.

The emails came in very quickly, and explained exactly what needed to be done, and we were able to activate the Sim card at the airport with minimal effort by simply scanning the QR code. Turning on one Sim card in the iPhone settings was quite easy..
