Good service, friendly staff. The food is pretty good; you should definitely try the chicken pho here.

The service was quite good, the space was nice, but the menu needs more variety.

Ruang Tunggu is spacious, the food is delicious, and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly.

The voucher was issued immediately. The reception staff handled it quickly. The Vietnam Airlines lounge is spacious and offers a wide variety of buffet food. Some local dishes were a bit cold, but the hot dishes (pho, noodles) were very tasty. Worth experiencing before your flight.

Great experience. This lotus lounge has a sleeping chair and a massage chair. I fell asleep for a couple of hours before my flight. Food is good and better than SH Premium lounge. Highly recommended. Will come back.

Good service - lots of food and drinks

The food is okay, the seating is okay but nothing special. It's quite crowded during lunch time so the line counter is a bit messy.

The staff was not enthusiastic, asked for the charging cord but the staff ignored it. The toilet was dirty, no one cleaned it There was no food left Or was it because it was almost closing that it was so sketchy???? Too bad... September 17 at 9pm

The waiting room has enough amenities as described. The food is not too diverse but the quality is okay. However, some areas are hot because there is no air conditioning (working area, armchair area). Sitting in the working area but the Wifi is poor, have to plug in a LAN cable to use stable Internet.

Great I had a good experience

I had a 6 hour layover after my original flight was cancelled. The Lotus Lounge was the perfect remedy for the inconvenience. Spacious with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. I also used one of the fancy massage chairs for about 1 hour. Awesome!

Convenient, comfortable space, enthusiastic support staff

I went on a holiday and had some trouble changing the ticket. VNA Lotus Lounge helped me use the service first and then Traveloka contacted me to explain. Overall, the experience was okay. I hope Traveloka can improve.
