Clean, comfortable room; good breakfast.

Bed comfort so-so. Breakfast selections were poor.

The bathroom fan was extremely loud.

and I went to a concert . We stayed 1 night and every was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt safe in the area. Staff at checkin was very pleasant.

We booked this as our first stay at a “motel” we were not expecting much but we’re pleasantly surprised! The cost was about half the surrounding hotels and our room was large and clean, there was ample parking and the free breakfast and coffee was a welcome touch. We would definitely stay again.

The website said that cribs were available but when we got there and checked in about our special request the staff said that cribs haven't been offered for 2 years. Additionally, the cleanliness and general upkeep of the hotel was a problem. The room itself was clean enough but there was food left in our refrigerator from previous guests, there were tons of rooms left just open on the floor we were on which did not feel very safe and very uncomfortable, the common areas like the lobby and elevator had filthy floors, and the elevator and hallways smelled of smoke. Which was surprising given the fact that the hotel advertised as smoke free.

Updated and clean stay! Perfect for a night off the road. Very comfy bed. Plus, it’s super pet friendly! There was a faint marijuana smell from someone smoking in another room, not anything the staff can help. It went away when they stopped. I also wish the shower was a smidge warmer. Will definitely stay again as we travel this route a few times a year.

...so when checking in, the employee was on his personal ear bud having a conversation throughout my entire check in.

heater worked but the thermostat didnt, so had to manually turn the heat on and off to control it

Definitely a positive experience, I would highly recommend Red Roof Inn. I would also stay again. Very impressed with cleanliness without odors from cleaning agents ( I have allergies), also impressed by soap and shampoo products provided not having odors. A very pleasant stay! I can’t say enough about how clean the entire room was.
