Guest services was extremely helpful at all times

The staff was friendly, room clean.

Had to take cold showers due to limited hot water . Not clean as expected and the bed was terrible

It good place to relax

This rooms were dark , the common areas were tired & run-down. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough causing the bathroom floor to be flooded with each use.

It was boring

The halls smelled bad, tub was dirty and slow draining and the sheets were stained.

The room was not clean. Curtains had holes in them and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. Furniture was broken.

Clean. Close to Hartford. Convenient to highways.

Reasonable price for a Saturday night. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Walkable distance to Science museum, convention center and downtown. Easy access to interstate with many restaurants within 10-15 minute drive.

Check in was horrible. 30 minutes of incompetence. Also no EV charger in site as advertised

Our room was dirty upon checking in. The front staff did nothing about it. Not helpful.

We was near the air conditioning unit which was very loud. The chicken that I ordered was raw

We left early in the morning and when we came back we realized that nobody had changed our towels out. When we called the front desk they were rude and we had to go to the front desk to get our towels. I didn’t realize that you don’t get service anymore.
